At BRITHIKA, we are eager to enhance our customer’s shopping experience. Hence, we make every effort to ensure that our services are kept at par to meet your satisfaction level. To avoid unexpected happening of unsatisfied online product shopping, you are requested to first understand the entire procedure and to be conscious before doing shopping.

You are requested to be fully alert in case, you find the outer packing to be tampered or damaged. The item quantity  is to be verified properly with the invoice before acceptance of the package from courier agency. If there is found any discrepancy, you can either accept delivery after placing suitable POD remark or simply refuse to accept the same and lodge complain with your local courier office.

CANCELLATION

If you feel like cancelling the ordered product, then call and inform us with regards to the same. The order can be cancelled if it is unprocessed. For cancellation of shipped orders, there will be deduction of shipping charges from paid amount.

RETURNS

Returns are allowed without taking any question to ensure greater customer satisfaction. We will gladly accept the returned products, if it does not meet customer’s expectation. But, they should be unwashed, unused, have all original tags as well as invoice and packing. Discounted and stitched products cannot be returned back in any case. Minor changes may be carried out according to customer measurement for which products can be stitched, material and patterns according to work. This issue will not be refunded upon. Within 2 days from delivery date, product is to be returned to the mentioned return address.

For delivery purpose, you will be contacted by our courier agent for maximum three times. There could be reasons like incomplete or wrong address, refused or unclaimed delivery, where our courier agent may not be able to reach you, customer is subjected to pay restocking fee of Rs. 200 on the merchandise coupled with shipping charges at actual incurred by us and to send back the shipment.  For multiple or single product ordered, if for any specific product, delivery is not made, then customer is requested to chose alternate item. If customer does not desire this, then they can claim refunds against not-delivered products with shipping charges.

COLOR NOTE

Minor variation may be noticed in actual product’s color from the site’s displayed image. This color variation depends on the monitor used, lighting condition and setting during modeling photography. Different color shades may be reflected by the product under different photography lights. Item color depicted is t be used as approximate guide. It is highly desired to be understood by our customer and to know about color variation during the ordering process.

REFUNDS

On receiving the product back at our warehouse, we will send it for quality checking. Then there will be initiation of refund, as our quality checker team identifies that it is an unused, undamaged, unwashed product, with original packaging. The refund amount will be credited to ‘BRITHIKA Wallet Credit’ directly. However, the paid COD and shipping charges, in all cases, are non-refundable. The entire refund process will take about 24 hours from refund initiation time. BRITHIKA wallet credit can be used for ordering exchange, replacement or for future purchase.In few exceptional cases, such as out of stock product, refund will be provided directly to your bank account. Refund process in this case, will be initiated within seven working days. For the whole refund process to be completed, it may take more than 7 – 10 days. This entirely depends upon different banking institutions.
