Our shipping policy objective is to create alerts with regards to where our products are being delivered, about our charges, risks involved, packing method and tracking details, etc. The following is our shipping guidelines.
- We deliver our products across the globe. Free shipment service is offered to every part of India, whereas, overseas costs are required to be borne barely by our customers.
- You should take note of proper address along with details of street, house no., pin code, telephone / mobile number, zip code, since Courier Company is not known to deliver at P.O. Box address. In case, products get returned back due to wrong or incomplete address, we should not be held responsible to these cases and not liable for any kind of refund.
- Deliveries can be tough on public holidays and weekly offs at your specified place. Generally, deliveries are made during the courier companies’ normal working hours, which may vary from one country to the other.
- Shipping cost will be based upon product weight and location distance.
- In case, your order has more than two items, then you might receive it by different ways because of varying availability. Email alert will be sent by the company with regards to tracking number including courier company’s site details, as soon as the product is given to the courier company.
- Customer duties/VAT, customs, duty fees, import duties and other taxes, regulations and rules as applicable by the government may vary from one country to the other and is not under our control. The buyer needs to pay directly.
- Few additional service charges may be levied by the courier companies above customer duty and this might vary depending upon case basis.
- Shipment time in our site is about 10 – 15 working days. These are just approximate value and indicative. There could be possible delays due to some situations beyond our control. But, we are not to be held liable for such delays while trying to deliver your order or even for any of its part. We request no replacement, refund or product exchange on such grounds.
- Shipping costs are to be borne by our customers when trying to return the products. Shipping charges duties and other applicable taxes will not be refunded by the company under any circumstance.
